I was very satisfied with all aspects of the hotel, I stayed for 6 nights and I did however extend my stay for an additional day and was expecting to pay the same rate, I was charged an additional 25Euro from my original rate, I think as a matter of curtesy the rate should have been same as my oringinal 6 nights, I did pay the additional 25Euro which is not much but just as a matter of public relations from the hotels point of view I think I should not have been charged.

Service excellence, the hotel offer all for spend a perfect week and in the evening incoming in the casino for play and spend time, the breakfast it's full all foods sweet and salad for all types of palates. The kitchen is very good and all fresh food it's possible eating. All staff of hotel is very avaliable for solve any problem and help the client. Thank Golden Tulip!!!! From Italy

During our stay we were able to spend some time at the pool side, it was very nice, pool was refreshing. From the moment we arrived, staff was very attentive. We were not able to have breakfast in the morning of our departure so the night before we asked the front desk for something to be delivered to our room early in the morning. Food did not make it on time no matter how many times we called... Rooms do not have wifi and the cable provided by the front desk did not work with my computer (purchased in the US) but they had computers available downstairs in the front lobby. Room was large and comfortable, location was very nice, I would not hesitate to go back to Golden Tulip.

Excellent hotel, very good service, great facilities and food. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent recreation block: pool, gym, all.... Rooms very comfortable and of very high quality. Great value for money. The only remark is that there are no windows in all the rooms so you rely on A/C only.
